Sancocho 🇩🇴 Recipe ⬇️ this is really a whole lot of cultura into a pot! One of mi favorites. I made it twice in a month y perfect for this wether! Here’s how I made it: You can use any meats you want just make sure you have some type of smoked meat in there so it can give it that depth of flavor the sancocho has. Also clean your meats with lime and vinegar and remove any excess fat. For my sancocho: Beef chuck stew/Cqrne de res (cut into smaller pieces if needed) I use chicken with bone/Pollo
