Progressive Cavity Pump A Progressive Cavity Pump (PCP) is a positive displacement pump that moves fluid through a series of discrete, sealed cavities formed between a helical rotor and a double-helical stator. As the rotor rotates eccentrically within the stator, these cavities progress from the suction to the discharge end, providing a smooth,non-pulsating flow.
