The Honolulu Police Department’s Law Enforcement Explorer Program (LEEP) is now recruiting. The LEEP is a comprehensive program with a focus on training, competition, community service, and practical experiences. The program provides opportinitunities to improve on public speaking, working as a team to accomplish a goal, and making friendships that can last a lifetime.
